BIKE PEDAL
A platform pedal body modeled in SolidWorks. The rounded-rectangular footprint gives a wide contact patch for the foot, and the raised perimeter lip helps keep the shoe located on the platform. Most of the interior is hollowed out into pockets separated by internal ribs and a central spine, which cuts weight while keeping the platform stiff under pedaling load. The bore on the side face takes the spindle, and the small holes across the top surface are for traction pins.
COOL BLOCK
I’m not really sure what this is, I found the drawings online and I designed it for practice but it looks pretty cool! Its a block with a channel running the full length down the middle and symmetric stepped cutouts on either end. The counterbored holes on one side are for fasteners, so it bolts to something rather than floating free. The stepped profile and the center channel suggest it's meant to locate or constrain another part, I think. It was fun to spend some time on.
LEGO BRICK
A standard 2×4 brick, studs on top and the hollow tube structure underneath. The underside is what actually matters. Those tubes grip the studs of the brick below, and that's the whole reason LEGO holds together. Simple part, but it only works if the dimensions are right. I also tested it out and it worked, after some edits.
CAP
A small round case with a lid that flips open on a hinge. The inside is shallow and the base has a little bump in the center to keep whatever's stored inside from sliding around. Smooth all over with no sharp edges, since it's meant to be opened and handled a lot.
Not sure…
This one looked cool so I just gave it a try, not sure what it is.
